Other Info: Gary grew up on the opposite side of the valley that Kali did, and was sort of her "guardian angel". He watched her grow up and when he was little had a small crush on her. He never liked Nwon-Knu, even when he didn't know who she was.  He knew she had been kidnapped and so watched her to make sure Nwon-Knu never harmed her. He never really got over his crush. ;-)
     When he finally gets to meet her he is slightly disappointed. But as he gets to know her more he gets over it and falls madly in love with her, keeping that "guardian angel" thing once more. None of this is mentioned in the story, but if there's ever a sequel it will rotate more around Gary's feelings than Kali's.
     Sophia is particularly annoying when he meets her, though he is just as protective near the end as she is to him (okay...once again, maybe that's sequel talk.).  The reason? I don't know...::snicker:: Go read the story to find out.  :P
